The people living on Iwaishima Island have been against to the plan about building a nuclear power plant for 28 years. They don’t need it. Instead, they want a life based on the sustainable energy, so do the communities in Sweden and Arctic Circle. But the power company tries to fill in a bay to create a man-made land on Iwaishima.
