1942. Russia. Second World War. Anna, a young Russian
countrywoman hides in the forest after witnessing the mass
killing of the people in her village. Suddenly, she finds Carlos, a
soldier deciding to desert the troop he belongs to, the Spanish
Blue Division, which is an ally of the German Army. Both of them
seek refuge in the forest, trying to find the meaning of their lives.
